Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: June 2026
ShipExpress wants everyone to be able to use our website, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology. We treat accessibility as part of doing the job well, not an afterthought.
1. The standard we follow
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These are the widely recognized guidelines for making web content usable by people with a broad range of disabilities.
2. Conformance status
This website conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We reached this through an automated audit (axe-core) and a manual review covering keyboard-only navigation, screen reader testing, and high zoom levels, and we corrected the issues we found.
3. Known limitations
Some embedded third-party tools, such as Google Maps, are controlled by their providers and may not fully conform. Our home page also includes a small decorative background animation, which stops automatically for visitors whose device requests reduced motion. If you run into any barrier on our site, please tell us using the contact details below and we will help you directly.
4. Need help, or found a problem?
If any part of our website is hard to use, or you would rather get help from a person, we want to hear from you and we will help you directly. Reach us:
- By phone: 954-433-6820
- By email: shipexpressfl@gmail.com
- In person: 5924 Sheridan St, Hollywood, FL 33021
We try to respond within a reasonable time and will work with you to give you the information or service you needed.
5. How we test
We review the site using a combination of automated tools (axe-core, against WCAG 2.2 AA) and manual checks, including keyboard-only navigation, screen reader testing, and high zoom levels. We keep a dated record of what we audit and fix.
6. Updates
We review this statement when we make significant changes to the site. The “last reviewed” date above reflects the most recent review.
